|| PREMUIM SEMI FLAT EGG NOODLES || KHOMEIN || Ingredients of Flat Egg Noodles to make Thukpa ( Noodles Soup) 1. 250g Chicken/Mutton ( Shredded) 2. 300g add premuim khomein egg noodles 3. 2 Large onion ( Chopped) 4. 1 Tbs Onion Leaves ( Chopped) 5. 3 Flakes garlic ( Chopped) 6. 4-5 Green Chilli sliced 7. 1 Teaspoon Salt. || Cooking Direction Thukpa ( Noodles Soup) || 1. Fry Chopped Onion with garlic and green Chillies. 2. Then add Shredded Meat 3. Fry for 7 Minutes 4. Add salt to taste 5. Pour 4 Liters of water in to the fried vegeetable and meat. 6. Bring it to boil. 7. Add noodles and keep boiling for 3 minutes. 8. Put noodles soup into a Bowl. 9. Garnish with onion leaves and serve. || Cook in 10 minutes || Ready & Eat ||
